I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, the dark and dingy atmosphere was a downside for me. The service fell short as there were issues with extra charges during check-in and a lack of proper assistance. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of La Candelaria district, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining options were lacking, with simple offerings and no variety.
